TD Securities Overview TD Securities provides a wide range of capital market products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients who choose us for our knowledge, innovation, and experience in the following key areas of finance: Investment and Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Interest Rate, Currency and Derivative Products. TD Securities Mentorship Program Goal The TD Securities University Mentorship Program is an initiative undertaken by the TD Securities, Women in Leadership committee to encourage young women to explore the exciting world of Capital Markets and embrace a career within it. The objective of the program, through one-on-one mentoring relationships with TD Securities leaders alongside tailored group events, is to provide students with a wealth of knowledge and valuable guidance related to career choices and potential summer co-op & post graduate opportunities in TD Securities. Mentorship Program Structure • ~15-20 undergraduate students who identify as woman from various Canadian universities currently in their 2nd year are selected as mentees and matched with TD Securities mentors (men and women). • Mentors and mentees enter into structured mentoring relationships for a period of 6 months covering a variety of important and career-defining topics. Mentoring relationships formally conclude at the end of 6 months; however, both mentor and mentee are encouraged to continue to keep in touch as they see fit. • The Mentorship program's group events may provide mentees the opportunity to: o Meet individuals from different product groups and tour the trading floor; o Participate in job shadowing across various TD Securities groups; o Network and develop relationships with TD Securities personnel; o Seek advice to build a career in Capital Markets; o Experience TD's diverse and inclusive culture first-hand. Mentee Eligibility Criteria 1. 2 nd year undergraduate student who identifies as woman (graduating in spring 2025); 2. Has an interest in a career in Capital Markets and TD; 3. Has strong academic records shown via their transcript; 4. Is prepared to commit time and energy to this program; 5. Demonstrates leadership skills (e.g. clubs, sports) Application Process Applicants who fit the eligibility criteria and are interested in the program will be required to submit: 1. Resume 2.
